After reviewing your information, we will conduct a phone consultation to chat about your project, budget, and expectations. We’ll request any inspirational imagery you have, along with house plans, surveys, and any information that will help prepare us for our on-site visit, which we will schedule during this call.
Step 3:
Design
Discuss Your Dream Project With Your Outdoor Living Specialist, We’ll Take Care Of The Rest
We’ll spend approximately two hours gathering information during this meeting and creating initial designs. You can expect to:
Review all details via sketches and provide feedback on the spot. This usually includes a mapped-out layout of the landscape, to get a feel of the available space and review adjustments accordingly.
We will get a 3D LiDAR scan of your property’s existing elevations, utilities, and conditions for our designers to analyze and use for their design.
You will receive ballpark estimates including a la carte preliminary pricing
Make adjustments based on the layout and estimates to align your dreams and budget.
Discover Flexible Pricing Solutions and Finalize Your Contract
When you decide to move forward with your project, we’ll present more accurate pricing based on different options, depending on your budget and preferences.
Once you choose the best option for you, you will sign a contract and make a deposit. We will schedule your pre-construction meeting where you will meet your designated project manager, who will work with you throughout the rest of your project.

Build
Relax and Watch Your Outdoor Sanctuary Take Shape
Now for the exciting part! We’ll begin building your outdoor living space. You can expect to have constant communication with your project manager.
