The patio has provided so much enjoyment; I love everything about it and have received numerous compliments on it. I applaud you and your team's ability to understand what I wanted while finding effective solutions for the challenges in my yard. What once was a soggy mess is now an aesthetically appealing and functional space with perfect drainage. The seating wall certainly adds to its beauty and provides a barrier from the rest of the yard, making the patio cozier. I am very thankful a previously hired concrete contractor never showed up to do the job which ultimately led me to contacting your company.

Description Of Work:
We needed a patio in the backyard to go around a pizza oven. We also wanted an area for a fire pit. They worked with the stone in the pizza oven and the colors are wonderful together. They sodded in the areas where they worked so it looks like it has always been there. They gave us a time frame and stuck to it. We were lucky that it didn't rain because I'm sure that could cause some delays. They were prompt and thorough. I loved the amount of detail they took time to achieve and were very receptive to our needs. They followed through on all details as well. All of the employees were hard working and nice people. If we had questions, they always took the time to listen and take care of those concerns.

We started on the 9th just as they had promised. They laid out the design and went to work. Once we had the tile laid, we were worried about the amount of space for a fire pit. They suggested another circle which we went with. I can't tell you how nice it looks. The patio was finished in two weeks time and is exactly what we wanted done. I know we are going to enjoy it in the years to come.

Our backyard has always been a challenge - it's very shady, it's got terrible soil, and on top of having no time to take care of it, we now have two dogs that have reduced the last patches of grass to mud. It was looking so bad that we stopped having friends over - but now that's all changed. In Phase One, Commonwealth Curb Appeal put in a paver patio - with a firepit - which we have enjoyed since last fall (Josh gave us a s'mores kit for Christmas!) In Phase Two, Josh and his crew installed an artificial turf putting green, which has eliminated the mud bog and is a lot of fun and doesn't need mowing or raking. In Phase Three, just completed, they finished off the seeding and mulching around the sides.

I always get three estimates for big projects. I knew we were going to want to work with Commonwealth Curb Appeal after talking with Josh Goff for only a few minutes. Right away we liked him - he is polite, respectful, relaxed, and he has the skills that made our ideas turn out better that we could ever have thought of on our own. The patio is wonderful and very well built. The research he did on the artificial turf was incredible - he brought us samples from companies that we hadn't been able to find on our own and the quality (color, appearance, texture, warranty) was superior. My husband and I were prepared to make a joke out of the minigolf in our back yard (again, it came from the need for a practical solution to a mud problem) but Josh and his crew made it gorgeous. We also appreciated that he was very flexible with our desire to spread the project out and do it in affordable phases. I wish I could attach pictures to this story - if you could see our yard, you'd want one too!
